Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the Wear OS application Vibration Timer (hundred.five.wearable.vibrationtimer), a standalone watch app that schedules repeating haptic reminders.

2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The app does not require an account, and it does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, health data, or files.
On your device only, the app stores local preferences such as:
- Whether the timer is active
- Selected vibration interval
- Optional maximum vibration count and current count
- Timestamps used to schedule the next vibration
- Selected color theme
- Complication-related local state needed to refresh the watch face
This data is saved with Android Jetpack DataStore on the watch and is used solely to operate the timer, complications, and ongoing notification.
3. How information is used
Local settings are used only to:
- Schedule and deliver haptic reminders
- Show timer progress in the app, complications, and ongoing activity
- Remember your theme and interval preferences
The app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services that upload user data, or marketing trackers.
4. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. We do not share app settings or usage data with third parties, because the app does not send that data off the device.
Google Play and the Android / Wear OS system may process install, update, and device information under their own policies when you use the Play Store or system services. That processing is controlled by Google, not by this app's developer.
5. Network access
Vibration Timer is designed to work offline as a standalone Wear OS app. It does not declare an Internet permission for collecting or uploading user data, and it does not upload timer settings to a developer-operated server.
6. Permissions
The app may request or use the following permissions for core features:
- Vibrate - deliver haptic reminders
- Exact alarms / Alarms & reminders - schedule vibrations on time
- Notifications - show an ongoing timer status when active
- Wake lock - briefly wake the device for scheduled alerts
These permissions are not used to collect or transmit personal data.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local preferences remain on your watch until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Uninstalling Vibration Timer removes the app's locally stored settings on that device.
8. Children's privacy
The app is a utility timer and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, no child-specific data collection occurs through the app itself.
9. Security
Settings are stored in the app's private local storage provided by the operating system. No developer-operated cloud database is used for app preferences.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy if the app's data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when that happens. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
