This policy describes how the Snimkite.Org (org.snimkite.app and the corresponding iOS, Apple TV, and Desktop clients) app processes information when you use our services.

1. What is Snimkite.Org

Snimkite.Org is a client for browsing the public photo gallery at hundred-five.com/snimkite.org. The app displays albums and photos; it does not require registration and does not create a user profile with us.

2. What data we process

The app:

• Downloads gallery content (albums, metadata, and images) from the gallery server over an internet connection.
• Saves a local cache of catalog information (such as album and photo lists) on your device, for faster loading on future visits.
• On Android TV, it may store a Preview Channel identifier locally, to show albums on the TV home screen.
• On Apple TV, it may cache Top Shelf artwork locally on the device.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, payment details, or other profile data through the app. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or tracking services in the app.

3. What the data is used for

• Displaying albums and photos from the gallery.
• Improving performance through the local cache.
• TV home screen integrations (Preview Channel / Top Shelf), where the platform supports it.
• Sharing a link or image through the device's system dialog, if you initiate it.

4. Sharing with third parties

Loading the gallery requires a connection to the Snimkite.Org server. The server may receive standard technical request information (such as IP address, time, and User-Agent), as is typical for web services.

App stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) and the operating system may process their own data under their own policies - we do not control this.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and security

The local cache stays on your device. You can delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Gallery content is served over HTTPS.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your choices

• You can stop internet access for the app from your device settings.
• You can clear local data or uninstall the app at any time.
• On TV platforms, you can remove or hide the Preview Channel / Top Shelf content through system settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the app or legal requirements change. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the document.
