Short version: Jumping Cow does not collect, sell, or share personal information. High scores and settings stay on your device.
1. Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Jumping Cow for Android, Android TV, and iOS (the "App"), published under the package / bundle id associated with Jumping Cow.

2. What information we collect
The App is designed to work offline and currently:
- does not require an account or login;
- does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location;
- does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs;
- stores only local gameplay data such as high scores and mute preferences on your device.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or other personal identifiers through the App.
3. How local data is used
High scores and audio settings are saved on-device so the game can show your best scores and remember whether music or sound effects are muted. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a score yourself (for example via your device's share sheet).
4. Third-party services
The current release does not embed third-party advertising, crash reporting, or analytics libraries. If a future update adds such services, this policy will be updated and - where required - in-app notices or consent flows will be provided before those services run.
Opening the Play Store / App Store "Rate" link or using the system share sheet may involve Google, Apple, or other apps you select. Their privacy policies apply to those services.
5. Children
Jumping Cow is a casual game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal data through the App, there is no child personal data for us to delete from our servers.
6. Data retention & deletion
Local scores and settings remain on your device until you clear the App's storage, uninstall the App, or reset the device. Uninstalling removes that local data.
7. Security
Because gameplay data stays on your device, security depends on your device's platform protections. We do not operate a Jumping Cow user account database.
8. Your choices
- Mute music or sound effects in the App.
- Clear App storage or uninstall to remove local high scores.
- Contact us with privacy questions using the email above.
9. International users
The App may be available worldwide. We do not transfer App personal data internationally because we do not collect it. Platform store policies (Google Play / Apple) still apply when you download the App.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page if the App's data practices change (for example if ads or analytics are added). The "Effective date" at the top will be revised when that happens.
